Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are limited and subject to specific conditions.

• Wrong item shipped
• Damage during shipping

3. Custom Products

Custom-designed products cannot be refunded due to personal preference or user errors unless a production issue is confirmed.

4. Refund Processing

5. Shipping Costs
